- We
will not release personally identifiable information about you
without your permission (except as needed to provide to you the
products or services you have expressly requested).
- Your
order information is sent to us through a "secure session" established
with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology encrypts, or scrambles,
your account information before it is sent to us, protecting
all customer data against unauthorized access.
- All
order information you provide (such as name, address, phone, e-mail
and credit card number) is never released to any third party.
- A completed invoice
from the dealer/retailer will accompany your shipment for online orders.
- Orders shipped to a U.S. address are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS)
and you may choose Ground, 2-Day, Next Day Air or UPS Expedited service when ordering.
- Estimated total shipping charges are indicated on the order form, but additional charges may be
incurred if the shipping weight exceeds 15 pounds, or on any orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S. We will notify you by e-mail of
any additional shipping charges that may apply.
- Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks
(excluding Dealer orders) unless an item is backordered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order indicating estimated delivery time if backordered.
- Inquires
regarding your shipment status may be directed to orders@rafischer.com.
- Medical devices which require a prescription may not be returned for a refund.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
- If
your purchase is damaged during shipment, please notify the carrier (UPS) or contact
us at orders@rafischer.com
within 48 hours and we will make arrangements for replacement.
- Fischer products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for
a period of one year (or three years, depending upon the model) from date of purchase. In the event service is required, contact us or the dealer where purchased.
- The warranty does not apply to accessory items or consumables, or to any product which has been tampered with
or altered, which has been improperly used or which has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident.
- Additional details of the terms of the Limited Warranty are printed in the operating manual - call or write for a free copy.
- Some Fischer products are medical devices which require a prescription from your doctor. We cannot process orders for such products until we receive your prescription by mail or fax.
- Electro-medical devices are not for use on patients with a cardiac demand pacemaker, electrically sensitive support systems, or implants of any kind, or during pregnancy.
- Additional contraindications are listed in the product literature for each device.
- For the MD-1a Galvanic Unit, we can mail reprints of a study evaluating the technique which your doctor can review. Please provide your complete mailing address if you require this information.
- Always consult with your physician before purchasing or using any medical device.
