Using a video microscope, we demonstrate the needle "spread pattern" typical with manually timed Thermolysis (low to moderate intensity), the actual differences in tissue coagulation between two commonly used ISM frequencies (13.560 MHz and 27.120 MHz), and the effects of short duration, high intensity Thermolysis (Flash).
